Shipping and payment terms & conditions

1. Registration

Torjay-Tuning.hu Webshop is available for registered users only. Registration and providing relevant data are voluntary.
Registration happens in written way after completing and sending a data form - on provision that the user accepts and adheres to these Terms & Conditions. Successful registration is verified by our e-mail.
Torjay-Tuning Kft. shall reject any registration attempt in the case the user provides false or insufficient data in the registration form, or the circumstances for registration imply irregular intent of usage of the Website.
Torjay-Tuning Kft. shall delete the registration in the case we experience any breach of usage terms by the customer.

Having registered, a registered user agrees to receive newsletters, promotion notes in electronic form, unless the user expresses to reject these services. A registered user should reject these services by sending an e-mail to the Customer Service.
A registered user shall only make purchases and act upon his/her behalf. In the case of economic entities, only appointed or authorized persons shall act.

The seller for each item listed on the Website and the proprietor of the Website is solely Torjay-Tuning Kft.

3. About the Products

Torjay-Tuning.hu deals exclusively with new products.
The pictures about the car parts and equipments on offer display the products themselves. If there is any dissimilarity to the product, then the pictures are only, and are labeled as ILLUSTRATIONS.

4. Warranty disclaimer

Torjay-Tuning Kft. takes warranty for its distributed products according to current legal regulations. For warranty issues, 49/2003. (VII.30.) GKM decree and current legal regulations are binding.
Warranty claims may be realized by the purchase fact certified by purchase payment invoice. No warranty claim may be realized for faults as result of misusage, inappropriate installation, or any other non-product relevant causes.

5. Ordering

The customer should compile the order by putting the product in the virtual basket. Clicking the Basket Button next to the product determines the order. Clicking on the Basket Content Line, the customer may view the selected products, modify or delete basket content.
Next you click on the Order Icon next to Send Order to jump to Order Page. Here you can give or modify invoicing and delivery address, phone number, required delivery date, also leave any other notice.
You may give different addresses for delivery and invoicing. Delivery address will then appear on the invoice as a notice in all cases. After completing data you should just confirm Sending order.

The customer should only send an order to our company after having read and accepted Terms & Conditions. After sending an order, the customer will receive an automatic message verifying our recipt of the order.
Order confirmation is due within 1 day after receiving order on workdays.

6. Right to disclaim purchase

The customer has the right to disclaim purchase after ordering, but only before delivery. In this case of disclaimer the customer bears no payment obligation. You can indicate your disclaimer by e-mail, phone, in writing or in person.
The customer may disclaim purchase within 8 working days after receiving the product without reason - according to 17/1999. (II.5.) government decree 4. § and 5.§ of contract between distant parties. .

In the case of customer disclaimer Torjay-Tuning Kft. will only refund the purchase price of the product - within max. 30 days after receiving the returned product.

For practicing disclaimer rights the customer bears occurring costs of returning the product.
Torjay-Tuning Kft. will refund the purchase price for the return of only completely packaged, non-damaged product.

7. Shipping

Our company will deliver the purchased product both in Hungary and abroad. For delivery in Hungary and European countries our partner in charge is DPD Hungária Kft.
For overseas delivery, please consult our colleagues here.

Delivery in Hungary is due from Monday to Friday or workdays.
Delivery and packaging fees in Hungary are as follows.

Delivery and possible cash on delivery fees appear as separate items in the invoice.


The customer acknowledges receiving the delivered product by signing the way-bill. On receiving the customer must ascertain and observe that s/he has received the product(s) he has ordered both in quality and quantity. The customer should immediately indicate possible complaints at the deliverer and the customer service.
In the case the customer does not collect the delivered product, the customer bears the costs of failed and repeated delivery too.


8. Invoicing, payment methods

In all cases Torjay-Tuning Kft. makes the invoice that includes the delivery and cash on delivery fees too.

On ordering the customer has the following payment options:

- By Paypal money request-in before delivery (Paypal registration possible here)
- By bank transfer before delivery
- By cash on delivery – cash to the deliverer when receiving product

9. Data protection - Privacy

Our company handles the provided data confidentially and only uses them to complete orders and in connection with purchases. We do not disclose user data to third party only to our contracted suppliers to complete delivery. Your customer data are treated according to Data Protection Law of 1992. LXIII. Tv. Decree.

10. Liability

Purchasing via our Website, the customer is expected to know and accept the possibilities and limitations of the Internet. The customer for his/herself should acknowledge and estimate the possible hazards of browsing and that s/he bears responsibility for his/her computer security and usage, also stored data protection.

Torjay-Tuning Kft. bears no liability for vis major or any other damage occurring beyond its control.

Torjay-Tuning Kft. reserves the right to change or modify these Terms & Conditions of purchase anytime, unilaterally, without prior notice and explanation. Modifications come to effect from the time of publication. In the case of price change, orders prior to change retain the old price.

Torjay-Tuning Kft. website comes under copyright laws. This Website content in any form shall be for non-personal use exclusively by prior written permission from Torjay-Tuning Kft.
